New Pricing Plan To Save You Money
Reacting to uncertainty of putting on events since the COVID-19 pandemic, we have changed the pricing model of Coconut Tickets so that you only need to pay for what you use.
The monthly subscription fees have been removed. Instead, there is one pricing plan the “ticket meter” for which you pay a small fee for each ticket you sell.
As a result, if you put your event on sale but you don’t sell any tickets in the first month then you will have nothing to pay to Coconut Tickets in the first month.
General Public Admission
For event organizers in the UK, the ticket meter plan for general public admission has a fixed cost of only 40 pence per ticket. This fee is the same regardless of whether you are selling £5 standing only tickets or £200 adult gala tickets with dinner.
Therefore, if in the same month you sold 2 family tickets each for 4 people then your ticketing fees would only be £3.60.
These prices are correct at the time of writing. For the latest pricing information for all countries please visit the link below.
Vendor Pitch Slots and Tickets
Vendor pitch ticket fees have also changed and are charged using a similar model to public entry tickets, although the price is higher because of the complexity of vendor pitch information and the extra steps need to manage ticket auctions.
See the latest pricing link above for more information.
Monthly Invoicing
To make this as predictable as possible, regardless of when you started your Coconut Tickets subscription, you will only be invoiced at the end of each calendar month.
So even if you take your event off-sale on the 5th of the month, we will only invoice your bank card at the end of that calendar month.
Free Trials
Not sure if Coconut Tickets does what you want? There are still free trials available. You can try out Coconut Tickets with no obligation and no need to enter your bank card details either.
The trial lasts for one month and during that time you can sell up to 100 tickets for 1 event.
