How to export customers and bookings for a particular event

Bookings with customer information for public tickets and vendor pitches can be exported to a CSV file from the “manage bookings” tool in Coconut Tickets.

To export all the booking information for a defined event

  1. Find the “Bookings” menu at the top of any page
  2. Click on the “Bookings” menu and select the “Manage Bookings” sub-menu
  3. On the manage bookings page near the top you will see a filter tool.
  4. From the “event” filter select the event you wish to export
  5. Click on the “filter” button to retrieve the bookings
  6. Then click the “export all” button and a spreadsheet file will automatically downloaded to your browser

It is important to click “export all” and not just “export” otherwise you will only download the first page of bookings.

Your export will contain all bookings for all ticket types and all payment statuses. To restrict the export to only successful payments for public tickets then add these additional steps before exporting.

  1. Set the “status” filter to “payment settled”
  2. Set the “order type” filter to “ticket”
  3. Click on the “filter” button to retrieve the bookings

The downloaded file will contain the same columns as the manage bookings grid, which includes customer name, email and phone number.
